WHAT YOU’LL DO

🔥 Develop and execute strategic social media plans that drive measurable results — engagement, revenue growth, and community building.

🎯 Contribute to creative strategy and produce content optimized for paid media campaigns.

🎬 Lead content creation with a strong storytelling approach — crafting culture-first content that resonates, entertains, and converts.

📈 Act as a social media growth hacker across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

🤝 Collaborate with digital marketers, visual artists, copywriters, and ad experts to launch breakthrough campaigns.

ABOUT YOU

💼 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with proven growth results.

💬 Strong expertise in community management and audience engagement strategies.

🌍 Deep understanding of pop culture and social trends — always on the pulse.

⚡ Ability to react quickly to breaking news, memes, and viral moments.

🎥 Skilled in storytelling across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

📊 Hands-on experience with META ads and mobile messenger marketing.

📌 Data-driven, yet intuitive — you know when to trust analytics and when to trust instinct.

🚀 Experienced in leveraging Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms for growth.

🌐 Fluent in English (written and spoken).

🧠 Self-starter with leadership capabilities and strong collaboration skills.

📚 Continuously learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of social media evolution.

✨ Strong hands-on experience across the 4 dimensions of generative AI — text, image, video, and voice — with curiosity to master emerging AI tools early.
