Feel Armenia, an internationally recognized inbound tour operator with 17 years of excellence, is looking for a talented Incoming Tour Manager to design sophisticated travel products and represent Armenia on the global stage.

The Role:
Design Experiences: Create bespoke, tailor-made individual and group travel concepts for discerning global clients.
Global Ambassadorship: Represent Armenia and the brand at major international exhibitions (ILTM Cannes, WTM London, ITB Berlin, ATM Dubai).
Curate Excellence: Oversee seamless guest journeys, managing premium bookings, local logistics, and high-quality partner relations.
Experience: 3+ years in the tourism industry (experience in premium or high-end segments is a plus).
Languages: Fluent English (C1 or higher). Additional languages are an asset.
Skills: Strong negotiation and organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of travel trends.
