Every team member has real opportunities to grow, innovate, and make an impact.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a talented\u00a0Finance Specialist\u00a0to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial success.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n<p>As a Finance Specialist, you\u2019ll be at the core of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transaction Management:\u00a0Accurately record all financial transactions in accounting software to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Reporting &amp; Insights:\u00a0Prepare detailed financial reports using advanced analytical and automation tools, offering real-time insights to guide decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Bill Payments &amp; Payables Management:\u00a0Own the accounts payable process, ensuring timely execution of approved payments, accurate documentation, and visibility over obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:\u00a0Work closely with cross-country and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for seamless financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Performance &amp; Risk Monitoring:\u00a0Analyze revenue trends, costs, working capital, and key financial drivers while proactively identifying financial risks and areas of underperformance.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement:\u00a0Develop and recommend enhancements for finance department processes, workflows, and the control environment to ensure efficiency and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience:\u00a03+ years of experience in finance and financial operations (experience in e-commerce or multi-entity environments is a strong advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Languages:\u00a0Excellent proficiency in Armenian and English.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills:\u00a0Strong aptitude for financial analysis and structured problem-solving with a critical eye for details.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative &amp; Ownership:\u00a0Highly proactive, able to take initiative and ownership and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Critical Thinking:\u00a0A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically.<\/li>\n<li>Communication:\u00a0Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability:\u00a0Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
