AmCham Armenia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Member Relations & Communications Lead.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who will play a key role in strengthening AmCham Armenia\u2019s membership base, communications, and engagement with the business community.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Define a targeted plan for recruiting new AmCham Armenia members and monitor the implementation of this plan;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Recruit new members, develop relationships with existing members, and increase member engagement, contributing to membership growth and potential sponsorship opportunities;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Establish strong relationships with AmCham Armenia members, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and refer them to the Executive Director when necessary;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Maintain an accurate membership management system;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Plan and organize meetings with members, prospective members, and representatives of the business community; conduct email correspondence with members on behalf of AmCham Armenia and request information from members when necessary;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Work with the Executive Director to plan and conduct member surveys and obtain other necessary information when required;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Assist the Executive Director with archiving and maintaining records and documents;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Support the organization of events;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Ensure accurate distribution of email communications within the AmCham Armenia community and manage AmCham Armenia\u2019s general email operations (info@armcham.am);<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Prepare AmCham Armenia membership agreements and notifications (invoices) on a monthly basis;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Monitor the timely payment of AmCham Armenia membership fees;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Perform other functions to support the AmCham Board and Executive Director, and assist with general office operations as needed;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Organize thematic seminars and \u201cBe My Guest\u201d events.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Organize the preparation and publication of AmCham\u2019s business magazine, propose magazine themes for Board approval, collect and translate materials and articles, conduct interviews, collaborate with members and non-members on beneficial advertising placements, and manage high-quality printing at the best cost;<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/span> Participate in working groups and conferences together with the Executive Director.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Master\u2019s degree in Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the private sector, non-profit, or an international organization,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Strong understanding of the U.S. business community, including leading firms, growth sectors, and major economic and policy issues,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Proven ability to build relationships and work comfortably with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Excellent written and spoken Armenian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Proactive attitude with the ability to identify creative solutions, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Strong sense of cultural diversity and international business etiquette,<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
